Pricing
All prices on our website include VAT at 17.5%.
Postage costs will be added at checkout, and will vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery address of the order.

Availability and Postage
Whilst we endeavour to keep the Website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occour from time to time and we reserve the right to cancel any orders in this case.

We aim to deliver products within 7-10 working days of receiving your completed order. However, there may be occasions when a product unforeseeably goes out of stock, in which case we aim to deliver the product within 30 days.
If, for any reason, the product cannot be delivered within 30 days, then a member of our staff will contact you to advise you on the soonest available delivery date.

Health and safety
All Bionetix UK products conform to the relevant and required UK safety standards.
The majority of our products are bacterial based, and you can download the MSDA sheets for these here.
